Bylaw 2708/LUO/24 – Westerra Stage 19 – Land Use Bylaw Amendment Receives First Reading
Council passed first reading for Bylaw 2708/LUO/24 – Westerra Stage 19, which recommends an amendment to the Land Use Bylaw. The amendment facilitates future subdivision lots for Westerra Stage 19, including semi-detached dwellings, zero lot line detached dwellings, park areas, and three utility lots.

Roads Snow and Ice Update - December 9, 2024

With the thaw-freeze cycle, drainage issues are popping up around town. Crews are clearing ice from blocked catch basins to keep water flowing and addressing high spots and ruts on residential roads. Snow removal will be determined once surfaces are leveled.
